Beautiful and fun, Susan. lived at Kripalu on the resident teaching staff over 40 years ago. I am sure it has changed many times over, as we all have through our writing, living, and loving. Thank you for this looks amazing.
Oh my 40 years ago! The days of Amrit Desai. It has changed a lot I’m sure. My first time there was in 2007 doing an Ayurvedic cooking intensive with Amadea Morningstar. Changed my life forever! It’s still a magical place. Hope you are doing well.
It surely has…..some good some not so much. It’s still Native American sacred ground so lots of spirit. I did my YTT in 2000, not long after the debacle….there were still residents living there. I haven’t been back recently….perhaps it’s time.
Congratulations! Kripalu is my spiritual home, and where I did my YTT. I’ve taught there too….you will have a grand time.

We certainly have learned a lot over time.
Hahaha I have the tea-chocolate-cat ritual for my writing too 😊
So funny! I think it works!
Just love how you gave personalities to our doshas. I even have names for mine. They change, depending on whether they’re helping or creating havoc.
Enjoyed this a lot. Thanks 🙏
Oh that’s really cute! I think I’ll name mine too!
