Carissa Potter Carlson interviewed me yesterday for her substack Bad At Keeping Secrets. Subscribe to it. She’s amazing. She’s an artist. A writer. A seeker. A beautiful being that I am honored to know. And she loves my book Seasonal Self-Care Rituals. She came across it in a shop in Oakland, Ca. (www.makersloft.co). And she bought it. And she loved it. And I just love that.
(you can buy my books here and I’ll sign them for you! https://www.breatheayurveda.com/books
Here’s the interview:
